Experience and Courtroom Skill
M. Robert Voitier, Jr. graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1970 with a B.S. degree in Pre-Professional Studies. While in college he was a three-year letterman and two-year starter on the varsity baseball team. Following graduation from the Louisiana State University Law Center, in 1988, Mr. Voitier honed his courtroom skills as an Assistant District Attorney and in the defense of hundreds of personal injury cases. After 23 years in the courtroom he prides himself on remaining cool under pressure and finding creative solutions to difficult legal problems in family law and other civil litigation cases. Additionally, he knows about the stress brought on by arrest and indictment; and, from his experience as a felony prosecutor he can navigate you through the inner workings of the criminal justice system.
